MySell Privacy Policy

MySell ("we") operates https://panel.mysell.az, a sales assistant for small businesses that sell through Instagram. This policy explains what data we process.

Data we collect

• Merchant account data: name, email, phone (optional), username and password hash provided at registration.
• Instagram Platform data: for the merchant's connected Instagram professional account we store its ID, username, profile picture URL and (if the merchant connects via Instagram business login) an access token, used solely to operate the features the merchant enabled: listing their own posts, receiving and replying to direct messages, and reading comments on their own posts.
• Customer interaction data: when an Instagram user messages a connected account, we store the message context (shared post, selected product), the user's Instagram-scoped ID and public username, and the discount codes issued, so the merchant can track inquiries.

How we use data

Only to provide the service to merchants: automated replies, inquiry tracking and store analytics. We do not sell personal data and do not share Platform data with third parties. Data is stored on servers in the EU (Hetzner, Finland).

Data retention & deletion

Data is kept while the merchant account is active. See Data Deletion Instructions. Instagram users may also request deletion of their interaction data via the same instructions.
