Data Deletion Instructions

To request deletion of your data from MySell:

1. Merchants: email azmysell@gmail.com from your registered email with the subject "Delete my account". Your account, connected Instagram data and stored tokens will be deleted within 30 days.
2. Instagram users (customers): email the same address with your Instagram username and the business account you interacted with; your interaction history and issued codes will be deleted within 30 days.

You can also disconnect the app any time from your Instagram settings (Settings → Website permissions → Apps and websites), which invalidates our access.
